Overview
Eight days ago, we spoke of the December 2025 December 2026 spread.
We suggested then that the spread had bottomed at -$1.27/-$1.29.
We said that we saw resistance at -38 cents and said further : " although a test of +30 cents is not unreasonable."
Technicals
Today the spread had a high of +20 cents. We see this as an interim top given the very high momentum signaling an overbought condition for the December 2025 versus the December 2026.
In addition, the spread has bumped up against the upper bollinger band yesterday and today, thus signaling some upside resistance for the spread.
