• Bullish divergence on recent lows (lower price low with a higher momentum low).

• Price closed back inside the Bollinger Bands after two consecutive closes below (9/12 and 9/15).

• Momentum has turned up and is crossing out of oversold territory.

• Near-term targets:

  • 20 day moving average at -3.81

  • September 5th high and upper Bollinger band at -3.63

• Setup follows a failed continuation lower of the recent range break.
